rainbow
i kid you not,tonight the most beautiful rainbow appeared over our city. there were actually two- a faint one and the brightest rainbow i've ever seen. i can only imagine it might have been as bright as the first rainbow after noah and the flood. i pulled out of the church parking lot and in my side mirror was the most incredible colors i've ever seen. i raced home for my camera and set out like a crazy storm chaser. the catholic cemetary down the street seemed to have a good view so that's where i pulled in. the entire rainbow was showing, like an umbrella over the city. as i stood taking pictures, the cemetary bells starting playing "all to Jesus, I surrender"...it was absolutely picture perfect. i just wish i had a wider angle lens and could have truly captured the color and beaty of this rainbow for you.

I saw this rainbow too, and thought it was the most brilliant, fluorescent rainbow I had ever seen here.
I saw it as I was driving into the city from Indy, on Jefferson. The sun was shining on all the buildings as I pulled into the city, and rainbow came right down between the Embassy and the convention center. Of course my cameral was dead, but I thought the same thing and wrote in on a post-it to blog later.
