weekend of minnesota blessings

this past weekend i took a quick trip to minnesota for my friend nicole's wedding, she was one of my best friends from growing up and we've kept in touch since i moved away. i haven't lived in the twin cities for 8 years and it was such a blessing to see old friends at the wedding, it was a small 9 year high school reunion! i saw girls i'd known since 5th grade, mom's from my old neighborhood, good friends from high school, etc... it was such a fun blessing to spend time with people from an old season of my life.

another blessing was great time with my family (except my brother dan who was out of town). i had fun staying with my sister for 2 nights & taking a long fall walk through and around the city of minneapolis. the day after the wedding i drove down to see my parents and little brother jason, and was so blessed to hear more about my dad's new job with ALARM. we are praising God for providing a job after many hard months of job searching.
